Listed below are the ANNUAL CLUB FEES for the 2024-25 Travel Soccer Program. Fees vary by team and by league. The difference in fees for travel teams are mainly attributed to the amounts charged by those leagues (i.e. ECNL-RL is generally more expensive).

In addition to the programs listed in the charts above, GFR's Annual Club Fees also include:
- Coach compensation
- Fall and Spring Academy (for 9U-12U)
- Goalkeeper Training (fall and spring)
- ECNL-RL, NCSL, or EDP league fees and carding
- Referee fees for primary league (not included for EDP League teams)
- VYSA fees/US Club Soccer fees
- Risk management background checks for coaches and managers
- Technical, Operational, and Administrative Staff Support
- Off-season training (fall pre-season starting in August and winter training in January and February)
- Fairfax County Field Use Fees (Additional fees apply for out-of-county players -- $30/season or $120/year)
- Field maintenance and upkeep (mowing, lining, aerating, overseeding, and goal nets)
- Club insurance
Annual Club Fees do NOT include:
- Uniforms
- Tournaments, State Cup, or post-season events
- Team parties, outings, or social events
- Referee fees for EDP League teams
- Gifts for coaches or team managers
- Travel Team Camp or Residential Camp
- Coach or player travel expenses for away games, tournaments or post-season play
Per Virginia Youth Soccer Association policy, players must fulfill their financial obligation in full to the Club as part of their registration. Club fees are collected through online registration once a player accepts a spot on a travel team. Annual Club fees are billed for the entire year upon acceptance to a team and can be paid in full or in installments (using 2, 5 or 10-payment plans). Annual Club Fees are non-refundable.
Team fees for tournaments, the State Cup, parties, and other team expenses will be collected separately through our new platform, PlayMetrics. Team expenses will be based on each team's yearly plan, which should be established by late July.
Families with financial needs are encouraged to apply for the Fairfax County Scholarship Program (must qualify) or GFR's Financial Aid Program during acceptance.
