Refund Policy

Refund Policy for House and Recreational Programs
Requests for cancellation and refunds from the GFR's recreational programs must be submitted in writing to R[email protected] as early as possible.  

Prior to August 1st (for fall) or March 1st (for spring):
A refund, less a 10% processing fee, will be issued back to a credit card; OR the full amount paid will be given as credit toward another/future GFR program.

On or after August 1st (for fall) or March 1st (for spring) but prior to the first session of the season/clinic:
A refund, less a $30 processing fee, will be issued back to a credit card; OR the full amount paid will be given as credit toward another/future GFR program.

No refunds or credits will be given once the first session of the season/clinic has taken place.  

No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries, or other circumstances beyond GFRSC's control.


Refund Policy for Travel Soccer
There are NO refunds for GFR's Travel Program.  For any Travel release requests, it is understood that acceptance of a spot on a travel team is a commitment to the Club and to the team for the entire soccer year (fall through spring).  Should a player decide to leave the team at any time for any reason, the family is still responsible for any and all monies owed to the Club and/or to the team to cover all expenses for the year prior to the player's departure.  There will be no refunds given to players who wish to leave after the fall season, and players who wish to be released in order to move to another club must pay all outstanding amounts for the year before a release will be granted. 

In accordance with VYSA policy, players may be released from the team for non-payment of Club or team fees. 

GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries, illness, or other circumstances that are beyond its control.  There is no guarantee of playing time for games or tournaments.

Refund Policy for Day Camp Programs

Please write to [email protected] if your child cannot attend camp.  A makeup in a comparable camp is the preferable option.  Full credit can be applied to another/future GFR program.  Any refunds will incur an administrative fee of 10% of the amount paid.  There are NO REFUNDS if cancellations are requested once the camp begins.  GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control. 


Refund Policy for Residential Camp Programs

Please write to [email protected] if your child cannot attend Residential Camp.  All Residential Camps carry a non-refundable deposit of $150.  The remaining funds paid for the Residential Camp can be applied to another/future GFR program or can be refunded to the original form of payment. GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control.   


Refund Policy for Super Y League

There are no refunds for the Super Y program.  GFRSC is not responsible for inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances that are beyond its control.   For more information, write to [email protected]
