Fairfax County Athletic Community –
Effective immediately, Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) fields are closed to community use through March 29. Any permits issued for use during this time are now null and void.
Additionally, last week Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) canceled community use of FCPS fields and gyms until April 12, 2020. Any permits issued for use during this time are also now null and void.
We ask that you kindly respect the county and FCPS decisions and suspend use of FCPA and FCPS fields as well as FCPS gyms immediately.

GFR Families--
We are actively following news and reports regarding COVID-19, the novel coronavirus. Given the recent developments over the past 24 hours, for the safety and security of all our players, families, and staff, Great Falls Reston Soccer Club is suspending all club-sponsored practices, games, and other activities through Sunday, April 12th, effective immediately (3/13/20 - 9 AM).
This includes the following:
--All practices, games and scrimmages
--External programming (outside tournaments, league competitions including all indoor matches, etc.)
--Adult League games and scrimmages
--Pre-season coach meetings
--Parent and team meetings
We encourage families to stay informed through the following resources:

--Center for Disease Control - Travel
--Virginia Department of Health
--Fairfax County Department of Health
This is a rapidly evolving situation. Updates will be posted on this page, on social media and will be communicated by e-mail as quickly as possible.
We are committed to the safety of our players, and appreciate your patience and understanding. The Spring season is a long one, and we remain optimistic that it will be able to be played.
