Rado has served as GFR Technical Director since 2014 until his transition to the Elite Academy Director. As Technical Director, Rado pushed the club forward with the following accomplishments:

• Created and launched GFR's Elite Academy
• Stabilized and grew the club in numbers, training and competitive offerings
• Established relationship with Déportivo a La Coruna (La Liga) and launched the Déportivo summer camps and training opportunities in Europe
• Managed and was instrumental in turfing Nike 7
• Spearheaded the merger with Reston
  
  

• Create player profiles on the SOCCER CONNECT platform that informs and connect players with colleges and colleges with players
•  Meet and work one-on-one with each player and parents
•  Assist with recruitment correspondence and information
•  Communicating college recruitment process
•  Address player and parent questions.

Izzy has assisted players from all over the country and has placed players in very prominent universities such as Wake Forest, University of Virginia, Duke, and the US Youth National teams.

Gus played Futsal professionally in Brazil and Argentina. Gus holds a CBF (Brazilian Futsal Federation) Master Diploma in Futsal. He is experienced in designing and directing Futsal academy programs for clubs in South America and in the United States, and coaching Futsal teams including professional Futsal teams. Gus is one of the most awarded Futsal coaches in the United States, winning several Maryland and Virginia State Cups, Regional Championships, and National Championships.

Gus comes with 10 years’ experience coaching Super Y teams and winning Super Y National Championships. Gus has served as Super Y Director for clubs in MD and VA, responsible for all teams, communication, coaching talent, uniforms, budgets and logistics for the program, and logistics for travel to national championships held at IMG Academy in Florida.

Gus holds FIFA A professional coaching license from ABTF (Brazilian Association of Professional Coaches) and is currently undergoing accelerated licensing course to obtain his USSF A coaching license. He played professionally (forward and attacking mid) for 15 years in both soccer and Futsal in Brazil and Argentina. He signed a professional soccer contract at age 15.
